The Fromagerie du Pré La Combe transforms milk into traditional mountain cheeses (ripened tommes, raclette, faisselle, etc.). The milk comes from the GAEC Le Gâ organic farm in St Bonnet.
The GAEC Le Gâ has chosen a breeding method as close as possible to the cycles of nature. Concerned about the environment, we have opted for organic farming, and our 40-strong dairy herd benefits from pasture grass, and in winter from hay harvested on the farm (STG Lait de foin). Self-service sales in the D'PAYSAN lockers in Chabottes.
- The majestic landscapes of the Parc national des Écrins, cows adapted to the mountain environment, lush green pastures in summer, the guarantee of quality organic milk, know-how and traditional recipes... It doesn't take much to understand where the good big tommes from Pré La Combe come from. Even less to imagine delicious moments of tasting and conviviality. The Fromagerie du Pré La Combe is a source of delightful experiences: a raw-milk faisselle, a fresh Chabottin or a raclette among friends, Marion knows how to sharpen tastes and desires, and bring out the best in local flavors. To meet her, visit the cheese dairy in Chabottes or the market in Pont du Fossé...
