A family-owned farm, certified organic by Ecocert, we process the milk from our Lacaune breed ewes. Our various cheeses include fresh aged, dry, coated, hard, semi-soft or soft cheeses as well as those with bloomy rinds like Camembert. We also have yoghurts year-round.
We raise Mérinos d’Arles breed suckler ewes to produce lamb, which is sold either in packages or by the unit.
All our products are sold either at the farm, in stores selling local produce, such as « La Ferme aux Saveurs » in Montclar and « Couleurs Paysannes » in Manosque, or in specialty food stores.
