Beekeeper and producer of small red fruits and aromatic plants in Le Lauzet

Our honey house is located in the hamlet of Le Lauzet.
Our bees produce a variety of honeys in the region, all with the Organic Farming label, including a high-mountain honey marketed under the Esprit Parc des Écrins brand.
We also produce propolis and pollen, and we transform some of our production into home-made pastries: honey-flavoured sweets, honey-flavoured shortbread, honey-flavoured gingerbread, honey-flavoured confectionery, etc.
Finally, we offer jams, jellies and herbal teas made from fruit and plants grown by us in Le Lauzet.

Florence Garambois sets up her beehives in Le Lauzet from May to September. The environment of the Ubaye valley offers her bees an exceptional park of wild flora. Wandering through the forests and meadows of the Briançonnais region, her "dear foragers" produce an organic, all-flower high-mountain honey.
The young beekeeper is as busy as her workers in her honey house in Monêtier-les-Bains. Here, she devotes her time to making delicious pastries and other delicacies - honey-based, of course! Alongside the polyfloral pollen, her shortbread, golden gingerbread and "caraMiels" take pride of place... Her commitment to organic farming and her attachment to the terroir are no strangers to her success.
