Breeders in Le Thor since 2017, Aurélie and Benoît produce meat with respect for the animals, the land and traditions. They are committed to offering the best to their flocks, and practice transhumance. The ewes feed in the open air all year round, and travel to high pastures in summer. Lambs are fed on their mother's milk and hay grown on the farm.
Producing tasty, high-quality meat, the farm favors farm-gate sales (to order), another sign of confidence for fans of short-distance sales.
