Direct selling at the farm: fresh and affine raw cow’s milk cheese, pear/apple juice. Exclusively by order, veal, beef and pork boxes. All organically grown.
The Montclarines farm is located in the hamlet of Villette, in Montclar. It is a small farm of about ten cows (heifers and calves) of rustic breed: Tarentaise and Abondance.
The entirety is processed at the farm. Madeleine is truly enjoying making cheese with this milk ! From fromage frais named « Petit Joseph » to the « Tomme de Villette » whose affinage is two months long in a cellar, on spruce boards.
