L'étoile du berger is a small mountain farm in Le Vernet, opposite the Estrop massif. We live in a family environment with a herd of dairy sheep and produce organic cheeses, yoghurts, brousses, etc. We welcome you to the cheese dairy's small shop, where you can sample our cellar-aged "Montagnette" ewe's milk tomme, "Bergerolle" soft cheese and "fleur de bleu". From the shop, you'll have a view of the production room and, who knows, a flock of ewes outside!
