Established at an altitude of over 1200m, I grow and process a wide variety of aromatic and medicinal plants without chemicals or mechanization. Harvesting, sorting and packaging are also done by hand. In addition, I pick certain species in the wild, respecting the environment and ensuring that they reproduce well.
