Miellerie de Serre Chevalier

Laurent Ferrero's honey house is a little way from the village and resort of Serre Chevalier, near the little bridge that crosses the Guisane. Anchored in the Briançonnais region for 3 generations, he has set up his hives in Monêtier-les-Bains. The precious nectar extracted from the forests and meadows of the Haute-Alpes by his foraging bees is the source of a delicious all-flower mountain honey.
Just push open the store door to discover the diversity of products from the hive, royal jelly, pollen and propolis, and then everywhere, that warm smell of wax bread...
