Nestled in the countryside near Mouriès, the Mas de Vaudoret Mill is the only mill to sell its products with the AB (Organic Agriculture) label. On their 35-hectare estate, Edith and Henry Bezy-Waton-Chabert produce an extra virgin Vallées des Baux AOC olive oil which won the gold medal at the regional olive oil contests in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur in 2003. The estate also produces scented oils and table olives and its olive oil is used to make beauty products.
