Julien Gaubert produces various types of honey from the coast to the mountains.
- Julien named his apiary Abelha, which means "bee" in Provençal, to deliberately anchor his business in the terroir. His adventure is the fruit of a dual passion: an admiration for the fascinating world of bees and a determined love of nature. So, driven both by the desire to protect the irreplaceable role of bees in our ecosystem and the firm resolve to act in favor of the planet, Julien embarked on a global approach. He acquired 6 hectares of woodland in the Gorges de la Siagne to set up a honey house and educational farm. All his products carry the Nature et Progrès label, a serious guarantee of quality in keeping with the values he defends.
