All year long Safran et Arômes du Verdon offers products precious for their quality and their virtues: saffron and aromatic or medicinal plants. During the crocus flowering in autumn, the family business opens its doors and its fields.
A unique opportunity to discover a demanding job and the natural methods of a reasoned agriculture.

In the heart of the Verdon Natural Park, you'll find a farm like no other: that of Harmony Guis. She grows and harvests saffron using natural methods, without herbicides or pesticides. Drying is slow, using ambient air to preserve the spice's full flavor.
Harmony shares her passion by offering guided tours of the flowering saffron plantation between mid-October and mid-November. It's a fascinating and instructive way to discover the spice that's nicknamed "red gold". For gourmets, Harmony's saffron is on sale online or in its Vinon-sur-Verdon boutique, all year round.
