Come to the Vindemio wine cellar to taste the organic wines. The vineyards grow on 15 hectares of land in two different terroirs of the Ventoux appellation Ventoux.
The first terroir with 8 hectares of vines climbs up to 400 meters altitude in the town of Mormoiron, at the base of Mont Ventoux, making this plot one of the highest in the appellation. The second terroir is located at the westernmost part of the appellation, in the town of Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. There are 4 hectares that are well-protectee from the strong winds and from extreme temperatures.

Vindemio means 'I harvest' in Latin. Florentine and Albin Combe are the 5th generation of winemakers in the family.

All of our wines are made from blends which endow them with aromatic richness and excellent balance. The wines are thus suited to ageing in your cellar. Growing techniques are environmentally-friendly and the wines express a unique identity and reflect the work done by the winemakers, the fruit of transmission d'un savoir-faire.
