Located in the towns of Solliès-Toucas, Belgentier, Le Beausset and Signes, the Siou-Blanc plateau is a privileged place for walking and is much appreciated by those who like hiking.
In a typical landscape of rural Provence, you can walk, horse ride or mountain bike and enjoy the natural and cultural richness of this plateau through nine hiking routes. These paths are marked and regularly maintained to be accessible to all, hikers and sportsmen. The paths are located in the highly sensitive area of Siou-Blanc and Quatre Frères. The massif is also famous for its caves, which is known by speleologists, called "avens" and which constitute a real network due to their large number (around 800). You can discover all year long the fauna, the flora and the remains of old professions of the hills such as charcoal burners, Juniper ovens and lime kilns.
Access from the Vallée du Gapeau: in Solliès-Toucas, follow the direction of the IME Les Morières. Warning: there is no phone network in the plateau.
