The Romaniquette beach

This large and beautifully landscaped beach is located close to the east of the historic center, in the heart of a beautifully preserved area. Easy to access, it is composed of fine sand that is particularly pleasant.

Numerous facilities have been set up to meet the expectations of holidaymakers: sanitary facilities, petanque and volleyball courts, beach library, a restaurant… A first-aid station is open in the summer, ensuring family a safe swim in the sheltered waters of the Etang de Berre.

You want to live new experiences with family or friends? We offer you here different water activities. You can initiate yourself to paddle, and thus go on a water ride with friends or family… To enjoy a stay on the seafront rich in strong emotions, other activities are planned in Istres or in the nearby seaside resorts of the Blue Coast: jet skis, towed buoys, water skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, flyfish… The Posidonia meadows and fish of the Mediterranean coast can be admired during a first scuba diving experience, or snorkeling, with fins, mask and snorkel. The waterfront straw huts seduce a large public, with various atmospheres: lively or family, with a luxurious, relaxed or cosy setting…
