The inspiration of the chef, passionate about his native region, comes from local, seasonal produce. In the hinterland of Aix-en-Provence, quality produce is close at hand to create a tasty, fragrant and colorful cuisine.
Mathias Dandine, a Michelin-starred chef, and Guillaume Lemelle, his executive chef, were awarded a Michelin star in March 2024 at Bastide Bourrelly. They are faithful to the culinary traditions of Provence, and both are committed to sublimating the products of their producers and friends. Their ambition is to enhance the value of local produce, drawing on their know-how and daring to add contemporary touches.
