  • Ils s'engagent
Congratulations to Manon and Sofiane, who rose to the challenge! After 12 years of closure, the Mas Thibert café in Arles has become the first Bistrot de Pays in the Bouches-du-Rhône region!
Thanks to this young couple, fervent defenders of the Camargue identity, a new dynamic is blowing through the gardian country. Set between ponds and marshes, in the midst of the manades, the Café de l'Avenir is the place to be in the hamlet, the stronghold of a rich and unique culture, where bullfighting atmosphere and Andalusian music go hand in hand with the chef's typical, very local cuisine. Supporting livestock breeders and rural farms is a priority. Meat, rice, olive oil and wine all come from the delta.
So, while you're enjoying a gardianne de taureau, let us take you on an astonishing journey into the deepest soul of these wild lands.
