Romanesque chapel built on an ancient oppidum, it dates from the 11th century and was renovated in the 14th and 19th centuries. It is privately owned and can only be seen from the outside.
Private property; can only be seen from outside. Known under the name Notre Dame de Piargue, this chapel was built by the side of the old Via Aurelia. Although Notre Dame de Piargue is of modest architectural beauty, it faces an exceptional landscape; opposite its old walls lie the magnificent Alpilles, which inspire visitors to stop and admire one of the most harmonious views in this corner of Provence.
