The cooperative has succeeded in developing its traditional mountain cheese expertise: its entire range benefits from the mountain appellation under the Chambeyron brand.
The cooperative has 3 sites:
- La Bréole, where fresh cheeses and yoghurts are made
- Barcelonnette, where dry cheeses are made
- The ripening tunnel (a former railway tunnel), where some of the cheeses are matured in a natural cellar.
You can find our products in our shops in La Bréole and Barcelonnette, as well as at the Maison de Pays in Jausiers.
