The 16-150 **** Montagne & Spa NUXE is a reimagining of the iconic Le Vallon hotel, originally established in 1978. Designed by Delphine & Ludovic Le Boeuf and conceived as an open, sporty-chic, and authentic space, the 16-150 is located at an altitude of 1,650 meters at the foot of the Olympic slope, in the heart of the Forêt Blanche ski area and its vast expanses (185 km of ski, mountain bike, and hiking trails). Freely inspired by the late 1960s, the decor blends modernist style with a mountain vibe, punctuated by graphic art, objects, and iconic furniture from the era. The 29 rooms and suites, as well as the "Refuge" which can accommodate up to 10 people, overlook the village and face south toward the Eyssina ridges and north toward the Vars Valley in the direction of the Écrins. A nod to the signage on the ski slopes, green, blue, red, and black set the tone for the interior space. The heart of the hotel, the lounge bar and the bistronomic restaurant SKITCHEN—open at all hours for a cocktail, a sharing platter, a more elaborate meal, or a get-together with friends—open onto spacious terraces... A carefree “feel-good” spirit reigns here, promising sunny breaks, gourmet moments, festive evenings, and warm gatherings.
