Marseille is a city of female chefs. Laëtitia Visse is one of those to have studied at a top Parisian school and then, at a young age, chose Marseille to discover their independence, far from the great toxic kitchen brigades. Her meat, offal and charcuterie bar is just the thing for our wildest appetites. From ‘pâté en croute’ meat pies to beef Wellington, from ‘saucisse-purée’ (sausage and mash) to red-wine and hare ‘pithiviers’ pies, everything here is delicious and homemade. A big yes from us!
