The restaurant owes its name to our daughter Emma, to whom we wish to pass on our love of good and authentic food. At Emma's table d'hôtes, the chef offers fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colours of Provence. The menu, different every day, is to be savoured with the song of the cicadas in the shade of the pine tree or in the superb vaulted room of this 17th century oil mill. Our restaurant is open every evening from Monday to Saturday, from May 1st to October 30th.
