Its 2 prestigious Michelin stars are accompanied by 2 Ecotable macaroons. In this renowned temple of taste, nature is the chef's main muse. While Bruno Oger attaches particular importance to the quality of products, favoring organic and local produce at source, dealing with waste is also a priority. Here, all green waste is transformed into potting soil and used to grow organic crops by the market gardener who partly supplies the kitchens.
