A welcoming family atmosphere awaits diners at Le Cheval Blanc. Christophe, a "maitre restaurateur," serves local cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Blackboard menu which changes every week depending on the market.

The cuisine is refined and based on local, seasonal produce (lamb, génépi, cheeses, jam, saffron, organic eggs, aromatic plants from the valley...).

You can also try our morel gratin, homemade pasta and homemade crème brûlée.
