Christophe Négrel is at the head of this restaurant in the center of the city, a stone's throw from the Old Port. With his experience acquired in fine restaurants such as La Fenière, Oustau de Baumanière, Le Martinez, Hôtel de Paris... He found his inspiration in front of the stalls of the fishmongers' grandmothers, at the fresh market of the Palais de Justice and in his childhood memories.
