Le Mas de Peint is a family story. It's the story of Jacques Bon who, with his wife, transformed this 17th-century residence into a charming hotel. Their son Frédéric and his wife perpetuate the warm, authentic spirit of the place. On the 500-hectare estate, traditional Camargue farming activities are practiced: bull rearing and rice growing.
The restaurant continues this tradition, offering gourmet cuisine using local produce. Bull meat, rice, olive oil and vegetables all come from the estate. For the rest, the chef gives pride of place to local producers, revisiting the classics of Provencal cuisine with talent.
At Mas de Peint, an immersion in the land of the Camargue also takes place on the plate.
