Natural wonder in Menton

  • An evergreen tree of the Corynocarpaceae family, Corynocarpus laevigata can reach 15 meters in height and 1 meter in diameter.

  • Its dark green leaves are shiny on top and duller underneath while its flowers vary between green and white.
    The orange-yellow fruits contain only one seed, which must be ingested by a bird to germinate.
