The superb buildings from the 14th and 18th centuries were once a school - the Collège d’Annecy, then home to the couturier Jean Sully Dumas. They were transformed into a restaurant by Madame Reine Samut (1 Michelin star) then by the Pourcel brothers (2 Michelin stars). Today, Bernard Blachère is at the helm of this outstanding site. The beautiful setting inspired him and drew from his own interior decoration experience. He is associated with the chef from Saint Rémy, Hervé Sarrazin, and together they make 83 Vernet unique and accessible to all.
