La Campagne Saint Lazare is first and foremost 3 hectares of nature. With a pond, a biodiversity trail and a permaculture vegetable garden, the site is firmly rooted in an ecological approach, and the restaurant is no exception.
Barbara, the young chef, has worked with some of the region's Michelin-starred chefs, then travelled the world. Now she's putting her talent at the service of an assertive ecological commitment. She has chosen to serve neither meat nor fish at the Campagne St Lazare table. Inventive and tasty, Barbara's cooking is based on organic ingredients from the garden and local producers.
