La Capeline, "La maioun d'an passat", is a Cuisine Niçoise label restaurant, built in a former tramway station from the beginning of the last century. Niçoise cuisine is served in a warm and cosy setting.
On the plates, local cuisine takes pride of place: pissaladière, salade niçoise, ravioli, pelotons, gnocchi, fresh pasta, daube, farcis niçois, squid stuffed à la niçoise, octopus salad, omelette de poutine, meringues, ganses, tourte de blettes, find their place on the slate renewed according to fresh and seasonal products, all home-made following ancestral recipes and transmission.
