In the heart of the old Vaudois village of Mérindol, in the southern Luberon between Lourmarin and Mallemort, Mathieu and Sébastien propose uncompromising Provencal recipes: aïoli, monkfish bourride and lamb shoulders cooked over a wood-fired oven.
In summer: an intimate terrace bordered by the stones of the region's traditional bories; in winter: authentic dishes served by the warmth of the wood fire.
Recently settled in this small village, Mathieu and Sébastien play the local game and select their products from the most local producers: beer and apple juice from the neighboring fields and orchards, lamb from the Alpilles and oil from the ancient village mill.
