In the heart of the old city, in front of the Citadel. The restaurant Le Cours offers a local cuisine : specialities lamb, fresh fish, all in a provençal setting. In summer, a terrace with a panoramic view is available.
The lamb is the highlight of our dishes, with classic and original recipes. The "pieds paquets" (a southern French speciality made from sheep meat, white wine and sauce) are a regional speciality, come try our gribiche sauce pieds paquets, the provencal stew and polenta. Guests can also enjoy vegan food.
