Guided by a passionate local chef, you’ll master each step — from dough preparation and butter lamination to shaping and baking golden pastries to perfection.
Held in a professional kitchen in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, this small-group experience (8–10 participants) blends fun, technique, and indulgence in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll leave with your own creations, plenty of baking tips, and a recipe sheet to recreate the magic back home.
