The adventure course is an intermediate activity between climbing, via corda and hiking.
The canyon of the trou souffleur is located in the cliff of the secs at the end of the Cap Canaille. It starts with a succession of abseiling descents.
Then you will reach a small zip line useful to cross a cove. Finally, you will reach the top of the cliff by a via cordata.
This activity is supervised by a qualified instructor.
Level required: occasional walker with a first experience in climbing or abseiling. Or beginner acclimatised to the void.
Equipment to bring :
- A pair of sports shoes
- A sports outfit
- A backpack with 1 litre of water/person.
Hair tied back.
