In the company of a mountain guide, try this introduction to Afghan walking, a technique that focusses on breathing to help you improve effort control, walk faster and further, and become more relaxed!

Classic hiking outfit: good walking shoes, trousers, fleece, waterproof jacket, hat and sunglasses. Provide water and a snack. Backpack that can hold your belongings.
Easy walk: 4 km and 100 m D+.
Duration: about 2h30 in all.

Walk canceled in the event of unfavorable weather conditions (according to the last weather report taken the day before) or when the massif is closed (strong wind/risk of fire).
