Conference/workshop with Cécile Fukari, Pharmacist-Naturopath, in the green setting of the Bamboo grove of Sulauze.

On the program of your morning with Cécile Fukari:
> Conference: " knowledge of wild plants ".
Collecting and using safely, presentation of your natural first-aid kit for the summer based on wild plants and essential oils.
> Workshop: with the help of Cécile, you will make a soothing after-bite roll-on to put in your bag.

Cécile will also give you tips and tricks to make anti-mosquito and after sunburn formulas at home.

Finally, Cécile will share with you and taste a personal creation: a refreshing wild drink. You will leave with a recipe to make all summer long!
