Join Alice, trained by the Ecole Lyonnaise des Plantes Médicinales, for a botanical walk in the field.

Come and discover the wild plants of the garrigue and pathsides during a walk at Font de Mai. You'll wander through the valley, learning how to recognize a few wild plants and how to use them (in herbal teas, for food or if they're toxic...). You'll also learn about the rules governing the gathering and preservation of plants. A break in the middle of the walk with a tasting of herbal tea will be offered. Easy level, no particular physical condition required. Walking shoes. Water You can bring a magnifying glass to take a closer look at the plants.
