Canyoning is an outdoor sport that consists of progressing in the bed of a torrent mainly on foot, alternating between jumps and slides, but also swimming or using rope progression techniques (abseiling).
We offer 2 canyons:
The Acles canyon in Névache, accessible from age 12: this is a purely mountain canyon with a deep gorge accessed by a long abseil.
The canyon then continues on a rope climb and finishes with a big abseil under a waterfall.
Half-day trip. Prerequisites: previous abseiling and climbing experience.
Canyoning du Fournel is one of the Hautes-Alpes' must-do canyons, accessible to everyone aged 10 and over. A half-day trip will enable you to discover the different facets of canyoning: walking, swimming, jumps (up to 5-6m high if you wish), slides, and 1 or 2 short abseiling descents not exceeding 10m.
Equipment included: wetsuit, helmet and harness
Transport for the first 4 participants
Reservations required the day before at the latest.
