During the session, you'll learn how to use the equipment (harness, belay device...), how to rope up and how to climb and belay in a top-rope (no risk of falling).
You'll learn about basic climbing safety rules, body positioning, foot technique, body language, etc.
Required equipment: sport shoes, comfortable clothes, tied-up hair.
