Initiation and improvement:
The appointment will be given to you beforehand. It depends on the type of session, the level of the participants and the conditions of the moment. Once on site, we will teach you climbing techniques and the use of equipment according to your level.

Climbing on a long route:
This is another aspect of climbing. You follow a historical or renowned route along a face of several tens or even hundreds of metres. In the south, large faces offer a muiltitude of routes that we know well. We will suggest a route adapted to your level. You will also learn the technique of progression. Discover the Baou de St Jeannet, Aiglun for the Alpes Maritimes. We will also propose you some ititnéraires in the Verdon, the Calanques...
A route will be chosen together after determining your level and your wishes. We will meet on site or in a location to carpool to the location of the lane. After explanations on the progression technique, we will climb this route. Some routes require abseiling, others a trail.
To be planned:
Small rucksack
Climbing shoes (loan possible according to size)
Water and energy bar
Equipment provided: harness, helmet, collective equipment (ropes, carabiners, quickdraws, belay systems).
If you have any equipment, do not hesitate to take it with you, we will advise you on its use.
