Culinary hike on the Galibier

At an altitude of 2256m, take your taste buds on a journey through breathtaking scenery. Taste a menu of French flavours, transcended by the spirits of "Les Elixirs d'Isabelle". Experience a surprising day where all your senses will be awakened. Isabelle, an ESF ski instructor, will accompany you on ski touring or snowshoeing to the Refuge du Galibier. 8h Departure from Villeneuve 9h Start of the hike to the Galibier refuge 12h Lunch at the refuge, with a presentation of spirits, the work of a liqueur maker and the cultivation of mountain plants. Description and tasting of the dishes and associated spirits. After lunch, ski back down the beautiful slopes to the car park.
