This freediving school offers "discovery" and "initiation" sessions in sea freediving.
Discovery" sessions are aimed at people with little or no experience, but who are curious to discover freediving at sea. You'll learn the basics of breathing, relaxation and ear compensation, and during an outing in the sea you'll discover new freediving sensations.
This experience lasts 3 hours (including 1 hour in the water).
For those who are already comfortable in the water, you can take part in our "initiation" sessions, which will introduce you to freediving techniques and sensations through workshops in the dry and then in the sea, and enable you to progress in comfort and safety.
This experience lasts 4 hours (including 1 hour 30 minutes in the water).
