The Discover Scuba Diving experience is an exciting immersion into the world of scuba diving, designed especially for beginners who wish to discover this incredible activity. Sanary Plongée's Discover Scuba Diving experience takes place in three stages:

1) PADI eLearning: Theoretical study of diving basics, carried out at home (30 minutes).

2) Protected environment: Dive in a 5-meter tank to learn basic techniques (1 hour).

3) Natural environment: Sea dive to apply techniques and explore the bay of Sanary-sur-Mer (1 hour).



Sanary Plongée provides all the equipment needed for the Discover Scuba Diving experience. Here are the main items:

- Stabilization vest: Controls buoyancy underwater.
- Regulator: Supplies compressed air from the cylinder.
- Wetsuit: Neoprene for warmth and protection.
- Fins, mask and snorkel: Helps you move, see clearly and breathe underwater.
- Other equipment: Weight, lead belt and scuba tank.
