An outing that will delight mountain bikers already initiated to the VTTAE.
The aim: to discover one of the four Queyras valleys from top to bottom, using the most beautiful trails adapted to your level. An excellent way to discover the trails, history and landscapes of the Queyras with Nawale, your bubbly local guide and lover of the massif.

Equipment to bring: sneakers, water, cycling clothes, picnic or cash if meal chosen in refuge.
Level required: ability to ride a VTTAE on forest trails.
For children: accessible from the age of 2 on a cart pulled by the parents, until they are 1.35 m tall on a cargo bike driven by the parents, and above that on their own bike.
