Procedure: Meet at the Pointe Rouge nautical base to get dressed and pick up the equipment, we go to the beach, we will talk to you about the different gestures to adopt.
We get in the water and the instructor will take care of you.
Our premises are equipped with hot showers, changing rooms, do not hesitate to take your towel and dry clothes.
