My aim is also to provide you with the necessary information on the nutritional values of plants in a small, friendly group. Program: - Nutritional knowledge of culinary plants - Botany and small-scale production workshops Bring along a few identification samples, a magnifying glass, a camera, some notes... 40€ to be paid with your booking form, which validates your reservation. The balance is payable on site. The course will be validated once the number of participants has been reached.
