When the warm weather arrives, I invite you to try your hand at camping for two or three days.
Come and experience sleeping in the mountains under the starry sky of the Ubaye Valley (International Dark Sky Reserve).
Come and experience sleeping in the mountains under the starry sky of the Ubaye Valley (International Dark Sky Reserve).
Over two to three days of hiking with one or two nights in the heart of nature, this is your chance to disconnect in the mountains.
The programme is tailor-made and can be adapted to suit your desires:
- wildlife: thrill to the rhythm of wild life – chamois dancing at dawn, ibex rutting in autumn,
- sport: push your limits to reach a summit that cannot be reached in a day, then savour your achievement over a good meal
- technical: gain independence by mastering the essential skills for living in the great outdoors
- festive: celebrate a birthday or stag/hen party with a hike featuring nature challenges to be tackled as a team
Mountain getaways with bivouacs are organised every season: in summer in the cool of the night or in winter in the warmth of an unguarded cabin.
The luxury of an organised bivouac is being able to enjoy the moment, on holiday in the Ubaye Valley.
I will plan an itinerary according to your wishes and expectations and tell you what to bring based on what we have decided.
If camping isn't really your thing and you want a little more comfort, it is entirely possible to plan a trek lasting several days with nights spent in guarded mountain huts.
