And luckily, our region is full of big walls. These are sites of great beauty, each with its own character and magic.
There are also many lesser-known, wilder cliffs that are just as beautiful.
When you set out on a big climb, whatever your level, you're in for a real adventure! We learn about the route, the weather, prepare our equipment, walk up to the start, find the way down... And we always come back with our heads full of images, strong emotions and well-massaged bodies.
Depending on your level and your desires, I can propose 2 approaches to the big route:
You may simply want to be accompanied on an itinerary. For beginners there are some very affordable ones, and for the more experienced there are hundreds of routes at all levels.
Or you may want to become autonomous on a major route. I'll teach you the techniques you need to progress safely (belaying the 1st and 2nd belayers, abseiling, reading the topo...), how to get out of tricky situations (helping the second belayer, ascending the rope...) and how to be efficient.
