During this partly outdoor wine workshop, we will help you to understand how to solve the mystery of the identity of a wine through the geological of its soil and microclimatic nature of its terroir.

Indeed the grape variety brings some specificities to a wine, but the most important remains the environment in which this grape variety grows.

With this wine workshop you will understand why the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cru is both one of the most famous and undoubtedly the most singular of the Crus in the entire Rhône valley.

We will taste several wines whose DNA revealed by the visit of the terroirs will no longer hold any secrets for you. Through this wine workshop you will understand why a wine is first and foremost a terroir (a soil, a climate and finally, but at the end only, a grape variety…).
