In this 3-hour class, you’ll explore the magic of pâte à choux — the airy, golden dough behind France’s most iconic pastries.
Step by step, your local chef will guide you through every stage: mixing and baking the choux dough, making silky pastry cream, filling and glazing chocolate éclairs, and baking cream puffs and sugar-topped chouquettes. Held in a professional kitchen in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, this small-group experience (8–10 participants) combines learning, laughter and indulgence in true Provençal spirit. You’ll leave with your own pastries, a recipe sheet, and the know-how to recreate them at home.
