Gin-making workshop

The Distillerie Le Vadrouilleur Spirits & more offers you a gin making workshop in Sault, in Haute Provence. In this two-hour workshop, you will make your own gin.
The workshop starts with a presentation of gin (origin and evolution), followed by the principles of distillation. Then you will discover the different families of plants that can be used in the making of gin. You will develop your own recipe by selecting the aromatic plants that will go into the composition of your gin.
To make their own gin, each participant has a small copper still and can distil the selected plants themselves.
Finally, you create your own original label (choice of name, decoration, etc.). You put your gin in your personalised bottle.
Throughout the workshop, you will be accompanied by a master distiller who will give you help and advice.

At the end of the workshop, you are invited to taste Mistello gin, the Distillery's signature gin, in a house cocktail.

The workshop lasts 2 hours and is for adults only. We can welcome a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 2 people. Reservation is required.
